These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mcw365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• Accepted methods: Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player account.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative verified method.
• Processing times: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two to four hours of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, periods of high demand, or where additional verification is required.
• No third-party payments: All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered player's own name. mcw365 will not process deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to the originating account where technically possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcw365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

10. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
